Buying a home can be can sometimes be an unpleasant experience for first time home buyers if you dont have the right realtor/team to guide you. We recently relocated from Boston to Cincinnati and we just got our first home in the Queen City through Eric. Moving to the Midwest we had no clue what we were getting into.
