There are so many great things that I can say about Theresa Rodden, from start to finish, she was definitely taking care of us. My father was in Florida and needed to sell his property, I was up North. He was feeling uneasy about the whole process. Theresa Rodden was listed as the realtor, we called and she met us almost immediatly. After showing the home Theresa showed excellent skills in dealing with seller and buyer. Also with a thorough knowledge of Florida Insurances, Mortgage Companies and her pipeline to many different construction trades we couldn't have been in better hands. I am a building contractor in New Jersey and I have never in 40 years had a realtor with the capabilities that Theresa has shown.
