There are so many great things that I can say about Theresa Rodden, from start to finish, she was definitely taking care of us. My father was in Florida and needed to sell his property, I was up North. He was feeling uneasy about the whole process. After meeting Theresa and talking with her about the process, he was very relieved that she was handling all the details for him. Not only that, but she kept the perfect contact with me about the process...the property and any questions that either of us had. Theresa is excellent at what she does! She takes care of all the details, follows through, goes above and beyond and updates her clients as she goes. I can say... I(or WE) felt very very comfortable with her from the start and her performance was off the charts! Sold my fathers house within 6 weeks (offers before that as well) and always checked on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. If you are looking for a realtor that checks every box, call Theresa Rodden. My husband and I are from New Jersey and we happened to stop by a home for sale in Hudson, Florida. Theresa Rodden was listed as the realtor, we called and she met us almost immediatly. After showing the home Theresa showed excellent skills in dealing with seller and buyer. Also with a thorough knowledge of Florida Insurances, Mortgage Companies and her pipeline to many different construction trades we couldn't have been in better hands. I am a building contractor in New Jersey and I have never in 40 years had a realtor with the capabilities that Theresa has shown.

Eric was professional and provided excellent service. He helped us with all aspects of the sale. He helped us get the house ready and find a temporary residence after the sale. He made everything easy and soothed any worries we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Theresa Rodden is by far the best, most patient, knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and committed real estate agent we have ever had the experience and pleasure to work with! Were a Senior couple who had started renting winter vacation homes about 5 years ago. As luck smiled on us, we began a pleasant correspondence with Theresa, at that time, about our eventual wishes to buy a home in the next couple of years, Theresa kept in regular contact with us as we returned home, and through 2 years of pandemic travel restrictions.
