Eric is amazing! He worked so hard to find us what we wanted! Eric is so kind and stives to make the process less stressful. I have worked with other realtors over the years and they could not compare to Eric Sherwood. Mr. Sherwood listed my home when I was trying to sell my house in Tulsa. Two different realtors could not sell my house over two 6 month periods and every 2 weeks or so they would ask me to lower the price. Between the 2 realtors, they showed my house to maybe five or six buyers. My house was not in a bad area and was in very good shape. Mr. Sherwood listed my house and sold it within 4 weeks, for my asking price. He then began the search for my purchasing of a new home. He showed us several homes that met my requests and price range for my review and I decided on the home I have now. He never tired to push me into looking at a home that was out of my price range or a house that did not meet or surpass my criteria. He negotiated the best deal for me and he was there and always available to assist me with any questions or problems that came up. He was never patronizing or unavailable. I always felt he had my best interest in mind. Mr. Sherwood then listed my brothers home to sell. He had previously talked to a few realtors about selling his house and they would not even list his home, due to the area and condition of the home. Mr. Sherwood took the house and listed it, represented it as it was with all of its problems and sold the home within a few weeks. Mr. Sherwood then assisted my daughter and her husband to locate and purchase their first home. He worked hard to locate a home that fit their needs and negotiated a fair and good price that both parties agreed on and closed the deal. He was with them every step of the way. Mr. Sherwood is professional, honest, truthful and reliable. He works for you and not just for his own pocket book, he earns his money. These are all traits hard to find in a Realtor or in people in general. Mr. Sherwood will do the best job he can and will be fully open and honest with his clients and his clients you believe and trust in what he tells you. He will work to negotiate a fair and equitable price when selling or buying.
