Eric is unique, he is the consummate professional, a personable, engaging and sincere Realtor who quickly inspires confidence and trust. It was indeed a pleasure working with him to sell our house. When we explained the particulars of our property with his expertise he was able to quickly and convincingly identify the market niche it fitted in with and what our expectations should be. This was refreshingly frank and honest having dealt with numerous realtors in the past. The sale was slightly complicated by being a 1031 transaction and he steered us to the appropriate handling agency and made sure all the required forms, steps and paperwork were prepared. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly he was able to identify valid customers and he was very timely in keeping us up to date as the transaction progressed. Being out of state sellers he generously provided oversight of repairs, inspections and clean-up of the property which was great and welcome relief to us. At closing he provided a reassuring presence and injected relevant comments and when the sale was complete he carefully went over the final details to make sure we understood everything.
