Daniel has found 3 investment projects for me over the past 3 years and they have all been home runs. He put a lot of work into procuring these deals for me and wrote many offers to find that diamond in the rough. I felt he had my best interest at heart as he would often tell me not to buy a house for various reasons or concerns that he had. He knows the investment game and knows his numbers. I also found that he was well connected with contractors and referred me a great roofing and siding contract who I will continue to use.
