Eric was awesome! My husband and I purchased a condo last month in Panama City Beach and Eric made it so easy. He gave us tours of various properties as well as the outside areas with videos he made that seemed like we were walking through the properties with him. Eric was always available to address any concerns or answer any questions, and so patiently guided us through doing the purchase on-line. Incredibly, he found us a great condo that included a rehab of the interior with all new furniture and art work for an impressive price - this saved us the headache of refurbishing it ourselves, since we live near Philadelphia. On our behalf, Eric walked through the condo checking everything and produced a list of repairs that the owner agreed to fix during the rehab. Furthermore, he provided referrals that got us a great ins. policy and a fantastic property manager. On top of it all, he closed the sale for us by being our POA, saving us the cost and time of flying to FL. We highly recommend Eric!
