Eric was very professional, responsive and always to the point. He was also very knowledgeable and able to spot potential problems that might need to be addressed in the home. There was a home we walked up to and saw rotting siding, which Eric pointed out and was able to give us a rough estimate of what it would cost. Being first time home buyers my wife and I appreciated this knowledge and his willingness to show us both the good and the bad in a home so we could make our decision based on what we felt we were comfortable with fixing. We would recommend Eric to any of our friends or family as a realtor!
