Thank you Eric and Merian Dukic Lambert of the Eric and Merian Lambert Team! They are Top Notch; from the window cleaner to the house cleaner, to the stager, to the amazing photographer, to the donuts and coffee, and let's not forget the above listing cash offer?? ZillowVERIFIED What an amazing team-Eric and Merian are truly amazing realtors! My husband and I met Merian at an open house when we first decided to purchase our first home! It was an exciting time and of course there was a million fears! She took us in and showed us the way, answered all of our questions and we landed our first home! It was our starter home that we flipped and lived in for five years! We decided to sell our home in a market that was high and homes were being bought quickly. Of course we choose to have Eric and Merian sell it for us. There was a lot of fears about selling our home! Buying was one thing, selling another! The process was a breeze! Their team was very dedicated to getting it listed and sold as soon as possible. As a person who looked at listings online I always judged the photos on the listings ! But let me just say their professional photographer took amazing photos, a drone shot, and a video of our house. In fact it all came out amazing I was second guessing even selling our home! But it was time for a bigger home with our growing family! We opened escrow twice after two buyers dropped out and each time they worked extremely hard to line up the next which could be stressful, but they handled it all which took a lot off of our shoulders. Every time I expressed my concern they would say let us worry about that, no need to stress! They sold it quickly and it was on to the next chapter! We are now in the process of purchasing our next home with this dream team and we are so very excited! Thank you Eric and Merian for being amazing realtors but more than that friends! That is just the relationship you develop with these two! Now they are stuck with us for life! They truly are the dream team you want selling or buying your home with and they make it happen! I highly recommend them to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Considering the very competitive housing market and home buying being a new and foreign experience for me, Eric was exceptional in helping us though this process. I have tried working with a few other Realtors before him and I have noticed a difference that made him stand out from the rest. Eric is very knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our conserns and needs through each stage of the process. Having a very busy schedule, availability was very important to me and he exceded my expectations by always being available and making every effort to accommodate me and my schedule. I can honestly say that he made the experience of buying a new home one that was enjoyable and I felt very comfortable with. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. He's awesome!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. Eric was amazing! He was quick to respond, pretty much always available, and took lots of time to answer my many questions. His knowledge and experience were obvious and I was comfortable to trust his advice throughout the process. I went through the VA home loan program, and he was knowledgeable about all of that as well. I couldn't be happier with my new home. Thanks so much!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't thank Merian Lambert enough for all she did for us in buying the two properties we got this year. She guided us through the process, was looking out for our best interest, and protected us in ways I never would have thought of. Seeing how the two deals unfolded gave me a deeper appreciation for just how valuable the skill of the right real estate agent can be. Merian thought of everything. And after we bought both properties my brother started asking questions about the community and his new Parish, Etc, and I was worried that he was leaning on Merian too much. Nothing could be further from the truth. She answered all his questions and found the answers to what she didn't know. It really helped us feel so comfortable with the community we bought into. Merian is a one-of-a-kind, very skilled, and I know I will always go back to her for anything related to real estate.

Personal stuff aside, they are very professional, communicative, caring about what their clients need/want. They KNOW Orange County and the surrounding areas. For our sale, they gave us clear instructions regarding documentation, what needed to be done for the open house, etc. Both seller and buyer are happy! Everything went smoothly and we are with them again looking for a new house. Thank you Team Lambert!

Eric and Merian were a great help to us in 2016. They helped us get our La Habra home ready to sell (a LOT) and assisted us in getting the best price on our new home in Yorba Linda. We met Eric and Merian at an open house (one of their listings) while we were looking at places to move to... they were able to assist us in getting the best price for our home that we sold and helping us choose where we wanted to go to (whether it be La Habra Heights, Brea, Placentia or Yorba Linda). We had some wants for the home we purchased that narrowed down the field (RV parking) and a single story (we are only getting older!). We feel that everything worked out for us! Both Eric and Merian are wonderful people!

Merian and Eric Lambert helped me find my ideal home. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from both of them. Never did I feel pressured or as if I was bothering them with my incessant questions and need for reassurance. While showing me many different properties, Merian did an exceptional job at staying neutral which allowed me to make my own decision. They listened to what my needs were and walked me through the process step by step. We closed escrow ahead of time and I attribute this in large part to their excellent follow through. Equally as impressive, were the special touches they did after escrow closed, including decorating my door with a giant bow when they handed me the keys, providing me with names of service people, and sending me all of my costs related to the home purchase to prepare for my taxes.

ZillowVERIFIED These two are amazing. Me and my wife knew nothing about homes, literally nothing. Merian brought us in and taught us everything we needed to know. After an hour and a half my wife and I felt very comfortable purchasing a home. They got us set up with a lender and she was also amazing. When It came to purchasing the home they fought hard for our price and prevailed. My wife and I will be buying another house soon from them. You will not go wrong by choosing them.

The Lamberts have also sold multiple houses for my family in the past, so we trust their work-ethic and judgement. ZillowVERIFIED Selling a home is always an emotional and stressful experience, especially the place we called home for 60 years. My husband and I were lucky enough to find an excellent team, Eric and Merian Lambert. They were so helpful with every detail. We lived out of state and they were able to take care of every detail of closing a sale online. If you need a caring, professional team don't hesitate to call them. The home sold very quickly and for more than the asking price. If you are looking for a professional realtor who will keep you in touch with every detail, give them a call. You won't regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Eric and team to close on my first home. He was punctual and attentive, presenting options in my target area and desired style as well as some I wouldn't have previously considered that were a good fit for my young family. He displayed extensive knowledge of the local market, and I ultimately purchased a home close to my alma mater that I wouldn't have known about or considered otherwise. Time was a key factor in my purchase, with an extremely strict window of time with many factors that all had to fall in place at the right time, all with an aggressive 30 day close. Eric spearheaded a concerted effort from all parties, and I was able to move into my home at my requested time. Trust me when I say that this was no small feat. Big hat tip to Eric and team again for the timely delivery of keys. I had several other "twists" in my search for a home, including a bidding war, property condition issues, seller issues, agent issues... You name it. While this was my first home, in general, buying a home isn't something you do often, and the actual process is convoluted and complex. It's not like ordering batteries from Amazon or walking into a dealership and walking out with keys. Eric and team are the best at making the home buying process a simple, straightforward affair, instead of the convoluted and complex process it can be. (and actually is, but that nobody wants to go through) I don't hesitate to recommend or endorse Eric and team to anyone else I know.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Merian and Eric Lambert was truly exceptional. Three years ago, I had a home that was a rental and decided that I wanted to sell it. They assisted me in getting my home on the market and move-in ready. They were there every day to follow up with the contractors and ensure that it was going to be on the market on the committed date. The home sold in 3 days. They handled every possible aspect of the process with complete professionalism. Last year I had Merian and Eric Lambert list my residence home and once again the entire process was handled with complete professionalism. I was impressed with the marketing of both homes, they really do a great job in getting the home viewed and sold! *****
