Ive realized youll never have a stress-free home buying experience, but finding good people like Michael makes a lot of the processes a lot easier.

When that person listed their condo, it seemed a distant dream we could actually get all the moving parts going to grab it. There was the pandemic raging, uncertain politics, bad weather, you name it. Eric went with us and assured us: If we wanted it, we could do it, and he would help make it happen. He did. And he helped us sell the old place with honest advice, he sugarcoated nothing. The end result was a complete win, and I really believe it was a win for all three parties involved (buying and selling), which is great.
