Eric was amazing to work with. He showed great enthusiasm and professionalism in getting our house sold in a short amount of time possible in the market. Before he came into the picture, I was enticed by wholesalers called Opendoor and Offer Pad who deliberately low balled the offer so I declined working with these companies. Until Eric came along, he was persistent and was always there to assist from start to finish. He even mowed the lawn before closing and made both parties, seller and buyers, happy.
