As a State College native, I graduated from State College High School and continued my education at Penn State University. There I earned my bachelor's degree in Communications. My wife and I decided to stay in State College because of our love for the outdoors, the great diversity of culture and the wonderful school system. Real Estate has always been my passion. We engaged Eric to sell our home after we decided to downsize to a condominium. Eric met with us and provide a thorough and very impressive presentation on how he would market our home, which included hiring a stager and a professional photographer to take the marketing photos of our home, and how to best price our home to sell quickly. Once we decided to put the home on the market, the house sold sold within a week at full asking price! Eric then helped us quickly find a condominium that fit our needs perfectly. Throughout the process of selling our current home and buying our new one, Eric was very accommodating and available on a moment's notice to quickly solve any issues that arose so that we could successfully close on both homes on schedule. He truly is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with and we would highly recommend Eric to anyone that needs a seller's or buyer's agent.
