My husband and I had the wonderful experience of working with Eric Hatch, of Century 21 located in Auburn Ca. We sold our home in Cool, CA very quickly. My son suggested we interview several real estate agents when we were looking for someone to work with. Eric came prepared, knew what the competition was, and how to proceed to have a successful purchase of our home in a very timely manner, with the correct pricing. His expertise, knowledge of the area, and track record in the business won us over. With his friendly demeanor and positive attitude, as well as the organizational/communication skills he exhibited, it made working with him very easy. Eric always responded to our calls, and/or text messages even after hours or on the weekends.
