Eric has shown us a number of homes in Reno and Carson City with video walkthroughs, as we live in California. The property we finally purchased came on the market early in the morning. I called Eric and he immediately scheduled a video walkthrough for that same day. The property is ideal for us, so we put in a bid. Eric is very skilled with negotiating, so our offer was accepted. Next comes the inspection. Since the home is 64 years old, there were a number of small issues that needed fixing. Eric very skillfully encouraged the owner's agent to have these fixes done. Eric was at the house for all inspections, watching and asking questions of the inspectors in order to fully understand the reports. At all stages of the process, Eric was on top of things and communicated with us promptly and frequently. We highly recommend Eric as an outstanding realtor.
