We met Eric at an open house he was selling. What made him stand out amongst everyone weve met throughout every step of the process is that Eric is very business oriented. He spoke frankly about a multitude topics and was clear in discussing the various financial aspects through each step of the process, while simultaneously answering our various questions. He was a straight shooter while also being professionally personable. My favorite thing about Eric is that when he doesnt know something, he says he doesnt know but will find out. This speaks volumes about his personal & professional character as it shows honesty, transparency, and diligence. Meeting Eric was a fresh of fresh air after having spoken with 30+ real estate agents who reminded us of shady used car salesmen. Eric was incredibly helpful in navigating every little detail from start to finish, literally from determining what areas work best for us to the final walk through. This was incredibly helpful for us first time homebuyers, as we were overwhelmed with info and navigating multiple systems. Eric is very knowledgeable about the home buying process from inspections, lawyers, knowing when to stand up when things seem fishy, closing, contracts, and more. Eric was absolutely wonderful to work with. Sharp, eye on the ball, good negotiator, friendly and easy-going. Worked very hard with great attention to detail. For example, he provided a clear explanation of the path through sale, and concrete advice on how to deal with specific issues such as prepping for sale, and getting rid of stuff that needed to be removed from the property. Eric handled interactions with the seller in a considerate and effective manner that maintained an amicable relationship throughout. Also, my sale was complicated by the need to coordinate with a joint seller. This presented many complications for Eric, but he made it all seem like smooth sailing. Don't let his soft-spoken demeanor fool you; Eric can be a tiger for you. I would use him again if I could.
