My wife and I visited for a week in March and Eric meet us at the property with a painting contractor, carpenter and his assistant. We discussed a strategy and how we would get this duplex market ready in two and a half months! The bids came in and the work was done as discussed with Eric as the go between. He kept me on task with things we needed to have done, roof, pest, home Inspections, and did the same with the contractors. When offers came in early, he coached me what we should do, ultimately staying the course he had laid out. I could not be happier with what the duplex sold for nor could I have expected more from my realtor.
