We have had a vacation home in Lake Havasu for the last 25 years! This home in the Havasu Foothill Estates was purchased 8 years ago as a dream retirement homeaEUR|.well grandkids kept us in So Cal. and we would go back and forth! With that said and as bittersweet as it was, we decided to sell. I met Eric in the neighborhood about 6 years ago and I could tell right away as a young man he was on his way to becoming one of the premier if not the best in the real estate business in Lake Havasu! When we decided to sell, the only clear choice to represent us was Eric and his team. When we called him, he along with his associate Symphonie came right over and presented us with a strategic business plan to sell our house. He was innovative in the presentation and showed us all the social media venues the house would be presented on. We listed the house with all the custom furniture included and it was model ready. Erics professionalism, dedication, passion and knowledge of the housing market was without a doubt above and beyond the norm and our expectations. The pricing was spot on! The house through Erics connections without ever hitting the market or the MLS was sold in ONE DAY FOR A FULL PRICE CASH OFFER with a 30-day escrow. I had high demands of no open houses, no lock box, appointment only and the house sold as is. All these demands, even though some out of the norm, were graciously accepted by Eric and his team. All during the 30-day escrow either Eric or Symphonie would keep us connected with every little detail of the sale. They handled everything from start to finish without us even lifting a finger. Every time they entered our home; they treated it like it was theirs and took care of any requests we had. All emails and text messages were promptly answered and we always felt we were in the loop!
