Eric Engdall was everything I needed in a real estate agent. He analyze the real estate market in my location and educated me so that he and I could agree on an asking price. He made helpful and educated suggestions about staging of the house in preparation for listing and he arranged for professional photography, including drone photos showing the overall size and location of the house and property. He told me in our first meeting that he would be present for every showing and he was. He learned the ins and outs of the property so that he could adequately represent what the home had to offer. He even hiked the 13 wooded acres surrounding the home so that he would be familiar with the terrain when talking and showing the same to potential buyers. This was an important element to the sale.
