ZillowVERIFIEDWe lucked onto Joey because we asked about a house we saw on Zillow. He was very friendly and we had a good conversation even though that house was no longer on the market. We were just starting the process of moving back to Texas from Florida. The mortgage company we chose offered a discount if we used their realtors on both sides of the process. We did use their realtor in Florida but we had already had numerous conversations with Joey and we felt that, even though it would cost us money, we liked him, trusted him and felt that he had earned our business. Joey did FaceTime tours with us. I made it to Texas for a week of looking without success with him and returned to Florida knowing I had made a friend who would also find me a home. Joey understood what we were looking for and worked diligently to find it - he did! We are home in Texas. Home buying is always a process. It can be fun and stressful. There are no words to describe how helpful it is to have a realtor like Joey by your side helping you navigate and complete the journey ! We feel so blessed to have found him!
