The purchase of our new home- Eric had the odds stacked against him. We had high expectations in a super competitive market. He dealt with me- a very picky buyer, and my husband who works 75 hours a week. He was literally showing us houses before 7am and as late as 9pm. Any time we sent him a listing we were interested in, he got us a showing immediately. We felt he was professional, great at managing expectations, and absolutely always went to bat for us in negotiations. Ultimately, he found us our dream home and we are forever grateful.
