I worked with Justin to sell my house and find / buy a new one. On the selling side: Justin's market knowledge, step-by-step (seller-friendly) checklist & setting reasonable expectations up front made the process itself simple & pain-free. Once we had a buyer, his negotiating skills sealed a deal that left everyone extremely happy. Justin is personable, professional & just an all-around great guy. On the buying side, on the other hand, I'm the client that can drive person to drink. I had a tendency to nitpick, question, debate - occasionally flip-flop on decisions, other times be overly critical and demanding. Justin always remained calm & professional and gave solid advice / recommendations. In the end, I ended up with the *perfect* house and excellent terms with the seller - all thanks to Justin. From Day 1 (I was going to say through closing, but that was 3 months ago!) Justin hit the ground running and doesn't stop. I always felt like I was his only client / top priority. Even when questions came up after closing, Justin was there - helping get things resolved! If you're looking for someone to come in, sit down with you and take care of everything from start to finish, seriously, don't bother looking any further than Justin & his team.

My experience with Justin and his whole team was amazing. "I recently had a very disappointing experience with a real estate agent who contacted my family in a different state in order to ask if I wanted to sell my home. This agent somehow managed to obtain my personal information and found my parents, who live over 2000 miles away and have no connection to my property. This type of behavior is both unethical and invasive. It's alarming that this agent would go to such lengths to obtain my information and contact my family members, who have no involvement in the sale of my property. It's clear that this agent was solely focused on their own interests and had no regard for my privacy or ethical boundaries. As a consumer, I believe that it's important to work with real estate professionals who demonstrate integrity and transparency in their business practices. Unfortunately, this agent's actions fell far short of those standards. I would caution others to be wary of working with an agent who would resort to such underhanded tactics. In conclusion, my experience with this real estate agent was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their behavior was unethical, invasive, and showed a lack of respect for my privacy and personal boundaries."

Justin did an outstanding job helping my wife and I buy our home. He was punctual and patient and never made us feel like we were waiting for an answer. Most importantly, he was honest during negotiations and the buying process.
