Maro did a great job assisting us in all aspects of buying our home. We were located out of state and Maro went to the home and gave us a virtual tour that made us feel like we were right there! She even drove around the community for us so we could see some of the things that were nearby. She guided us through all aspects of the process, helped us understand and navigate the differences between the South Carolina real estate process and the MA process and connected us with local lawyers. She scheduled and was present for all our inspections and was quick to share all the information. She understood our concerns about not being physically present for all the steps and was great communicating with us to ease our concerns. Our new home is in a 55 and over community and after our closing Maro had alerted the community center that we would be coming by to get our passes and information. She made the process as seamless as possible! We feel very fortunate that Maro was our realtor and recommend her highly!!
