My experience with Eric was extremely unpleasant. Things were going well for a couple of weeks as he was selling my property, he responded promptly, but increasingly became pushier and pushier to the point of bullying and aggression. It became the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a salesman! It was completely unnecessary and shocking. I complained to his boss, who tried to excuse the behavior and shared my comments with him, while we were still working together. Clearly, his interests were to protect Eric, not the client.
