Eric made my home buying experience very easy. I was a first time homebuyer, so I had little knowledge about the whole process. Eric was quick to answer any questions, and was very knowledgeable about the homes and neighborhoods. He also had a good eye to point out flaws, damages and any repairs the home needs. Which is really important. Id much rather know what Im getting into then having someone say everything is great to make the sale.

Eric is not your typical pushy real estate agent! He helped us with the sale of our home and was able to get us into a our new home within 60 days!
