About Eric Auger
My name is Eric Auger. My wife Yvette and I are attentive, experienced, competent home owner advocates leading a team of accomplished real estate professionals at America's Choice Realty. For the past 15 exceptional years, we have unfailingly and thoroughly focused our time and energy on helping Summerlin residents buy and sell homes for the best price and terms possible. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Buying a home is a process of elimination. Start wide. Cover as many areas as you need to feel comfortable you are moving to the best neighborhood for your needs. As you work with us, we will quickly narrow down the search to only homes you like. Be prepared, understand the market, get a full loan approval and communicate with your agent.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Anyone can list a home on the MLS and wait for a buyer to show up. It takes skill and experience to position your house to attract the ideal buyer who will make a strong offer. Make sure the agent you select guides you to prepare your house for slae so it impresses buyers because it will help you maximize your profit.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
