Our realtor, Thomas Meza, showed us homes in the mountain house and lathrop, ca area. Off the bat, he educated us on the home buying process and what to expect and immediately connected us to a loan officer to see what we can get approved for. He is super knowledgable about what to look for in a home as a 1st time homebuyer, was responsive to our questions even on off hours and weekends, and it was a plus he was around our age and understood where we are coming from. He went above and beyond in recommending us contractors and also beside logistics, was also emotionally supportive. As a first-time homebuyers couple, we are so glad we had Hirvin as our agent! We met Hirvin and Deliri through a referral and it was definitely a no brainer after our initial meeting to work with them. Hirvin was very respectful, knowledgeable and straightforward.
