ZillowVERIFIEDI have never left a negative review in my life, and truly hate doing it. I post this so someone doesnt have the same experience I did. I'm sure Emory is a great guy and a great realtor, but I would not use him for property management. He literally never posted the property on Zillow to get it rented out. Did nothing for 4 months. Ghosted my text messages. Passed off my property for someone else to manage, and he got it rented out without telling me. I never signed anything, agreed to anything, or saw any money. Thankfully someone else at their company was able to take it over and make it right. Again, I hate leaving a bad review. I just dont want someone to have my experience.
