Emmanuel and his wife Jennifer (also a realtor) did an outstanding job helping me with my first home purchase. It was a new construction with incentives that I wasn't familiar with and how to take the best advantage of them. Emmanuel and Jennifer were able help me navigate and put the money to the best use. They helped me with a permanent buy down and also helped me lower the purchase price with the remaining incentive, which would have been left on the table if I was negotiating with the new construction company on my own.
