If you are looking for a legit and honest real estate agent this is your girl. She is knowledgeable and very hands on. If she doesnt have the answers to your questions she will research and get you the answers. I had lots of questions about foundation issues. I also asked about inspection of I should have one or not. She suggested that I should just to protect myself. All the properties she showed me had at least two or more of my requirements and they were within my budget.
