Emma did a great job working with for finding a house. We were matched with her by Zillow to show us two houses on our first day. After we told her what we were looking for she sent us over 20 listings that night for us to look at through the next couple days. I took my chances having Zillow match me up with an agent since I didn't know one in the area. I'm so glad I did because I feel like I won the real estate lottery! From the very beginning, Emma was responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and so very accommodating. She gave me virtual live video tours when I was not able to travel, and when we did meet she scheduled tours so efficiently we were always able to maximize our time to see multiple homes in a short window. The market has been very strange during this pandemic and buyers have had to work harder with the low inventory of available homes. We had to maneuver several unique scenarios, but she advised us well and advocated for us always. We recently bought our house with Emma as buyers agent.Our search was in the area that has a status of a aEURoeforever sellers marketaEUR?: prices in a constantly upward trend, multiple offers and bidding wars. We did not have unlimited budget, it is Covid times and inventory is almost non-existent. For a buyers agent it means to be available for showings on a moments notice, be on top of things and be in a constant contact with both sides. Emma was all that for this deal: yes, we had a help from above for our house, but I cannot imagine a better agent for us. She truly went above and beyond, and saved our signing: the sellers side did not produce septic inspection papers on time. We felt it was too risky to sign without seeing the report or a proof of one on a day of signing. Emma connected to one of her contacts for septic work and somehow this person was able to locate the report and send to us 6 minutes before we were supposed to sign. We were about to walk away.
