ZillowVERIFIEDEmir was very helpful through a DIFFICULT online out-of-state purchase. Going through the lending process, with rates increasing at least daily, and an HOA that doesn't readily share information, Emir held the sale together. There were times it didn't look good. I'm very happy the closing FINALLY happened. The lender process was EXTREMELY challenging and Emir was always very positive and helpful. The attorney he works with, Aleks, was also exceptional. I'm grateful to Emir and Aleks that I have a place to live in Chicago. I didn't know anyone in the real estate business, and Emir answered through Zillow where I found the condo I purchased. The inspection, final walk through, and closing went well, and I was in Massachusetts the entire time. Thanks Emir and Aleks!
