It was a delightful experience from the beginning ! Just looking at real estate in this beautiful laid back town of Cedaredge Colorado was like a natural high, breathing in the fresh mountain air ! Emily Wray is a truly gracious realtor with exceptional wit and charm. She gladly showed us four properties all around the surrounding area and would you believe we found the lowest priced property to be the most attractive loaded with lots of potential. We asked her to put in a lower offer and we were under contract by the next day ! She spent over an hour explaining every detail of the contract line for line.
