Emily is an excellent realtor in all aspects, professional and personal. She went above and beyond in helping us get our dream home. We moved from out of state, and couldnt have done it without Emilys help. She was very responsive and worked with us and for us in so many ways, from her many contacts during the inspection process, coordinating appointments, following up on pending items, and keeping us informed the entire time. She made sure we were completely comfortable with all decisions along the way. Not only is her realtor professionalism top notch, she is as genuine as they come. Her knowledge of reality goes beyond just the buy and sell process, as mentioned she has a network of contacts that come into play during the time a contract is signed through to closing. With the inspection, for example, there are X number of days to get all the things done, Emilys perseverance reaching out to her contacts and stressing the urgency made all the difference between us getting all the items checked off our list that we had questions about. We bought in a remote area, and we truly believe if it wasnt for Emily we would not have gotten skilled contractors out in a timely manner.
