Emily is very personable. She was responsive when I had questions but I struggled with a couple of points. I had to make recommendations to our post on Zillow to increase traffic. I also had to be the one reaching out to get updates, which ultimately cost us close to $5K extra out of pocket. When the issue arose and our closing had to be postponed, Emily was then on top of things, receiving updates everyday. Completely understand, things come up and when informed in due time, adjustments can be made. In the end, our house is sold, we are moved in to our new home and everything worked out as meant to be.
