Emily and her team closed more than 400 real estate owned (REO) properties in addition to closing over 100 equity and short sales. Making them one of the top teams in the office for listing units and gross commission income. The bank owned and short sale business was not for the part time realtor. Working tirelessly over the depressed market Emily was able to stay focused on helping others and not stray from the real estates business she loves. Prior to working with Coldwell Banker Residential in Walnut Creek, Emily worked for seven years at Hacienda Appraisal Services in Pleasant Hill performing residential appraisals and inspections of homes. Prior to that, she worked for two years at Better Homes Realty in Lafayette as a listing coordinator, escrow manager and marketing director. Emily has worked in the real estate industry since Junior College. She knows nothing else.
