ZillowVERIFIEDI personally would not recommend agent nor Realty team. Out of state buyer and placed our trust in agent for multiple areas. Agent had hired an inspection team for house, which improperly inspect both home and septic, costing me another spect inspection in the amount of 903.00, many items missed origin home inspection which led me to converse with inspector which he had to go back to home a inspect and update home report. Septic was not pumped for inspection. The leach field is wrongly displayed in their report , verified with 2 septic companys that the report /inspection was useless to tell me if tank is properly functioning. Emily also failed on numerous times to communicate my questions of concerns on many issues. She failed to show up to my 2nd septic inspection and again dismissed my asking her if she was at inspection, which the inspector told me no one was here at the home( we were out of state) Negotiations to other agents not relayed properly. Emily seemed more concerned with the sellers gain of transaction vs. our position in this transaction. Also find out after asking her is our lawyer she recommended us was also the sellers lawyer, conflict of interests and professionally wrong knowing she had done that but never answering the question when asked. With held information from us, her clients. I personally feel she lack her commitment to her clients and was unprofessional in many ways. I would not use her again or recommend her to buyers in the market for a home.
