Let Emily's years of multi-million dollar production, hundreds of sales, and experience work for you. Emily moved to Flagler County from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in 2015. She has been a full-time realtor and investor ever since. In 2023, she and her partner opened Coastal Realty Pros, LLC, where excellence in real estate is the guiding principle. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you shop your loan products and are comfortable with your payment for whatever your budget.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Curb appeal and smells matter. Sometimes deep cleaning and some weeding and mulch will do wonders for your marketability!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types! I have sold homes ranging from 34,000 to over a million. I love that every day in this field is different.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a customer sell and buy at the same time. I was able to help them reach their goals financially and with their location preferences. I loved how happy the move made them.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
When I hired someone to sell my home in Massachusetts to move to Florida, that realtor inspired me to get licensed. I wanted to help people the way she helped me. It has been a lifelong dream since I was a child, so when I moved, I made it a reality and got out of healthcare.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a lot of certifications and designations in real estate. They are listed on my profile, and these courses have taught me invaluable skills. I own my brokerage, giving me more tools and resources to serve you.
