First time home buyer with simple means here, and I cannot recommend the Emily Hetrick group enough! Noah Phoenix was my main agent. He was professional and personable at the same time. He truly cared about us and our needs and he went to bat for us during the negotiations. He ended up landing us a better home than we had imagined we could obtain in the sub $400k price range. He took care to stay in communication with us every step of the process and was always there to answer questions and clarify processes. Noah wasn't our first realtor, but we will always be grateful that we ended up with him and we look forward to seeing him again at the housewarming party, and for any of our future Realtor needs.
