Emily is truly knowledgeable and offers great guidance in selling a home. This was the most positive experience we have ever had in selling a house. She is laid back and provided great advise in prepping our house. She encouraged us to ask for more money for the house and boy was she right!! We received bids from $15,000 to $35,000 over asking price. She was NEVER officious or bossy and she worked really hard. She respected us and listened to us. We were so lucky to work with her.
