If I could give 7 stars to each category above I would. Emily, Sean, and their assistant Christine are a dynamic trio and the complete package. When we met, they were well prepared and knowledgeable about the market. They are very efficient and resourceful for whatever needs to be done to make a house ready to be placed in the market. In our situation, we were mostly out of state and and across the country. We were confident whatever issues may come up, we were in good hands with Sean and Emily saving the day. They're also great at communicating with help from Christine. We were always in the loop on what needs to be done and when. Emily was our primary contact and she is the Ultimate Real Estate professional. Her knowledge of the rapidly changing Las Vegas housing market is extensive and she kept us informed on an almost daily basis. Emily responds almost immediately to any texts, phone calls or emails. Christine is her executive assistant and sends documents and other paperwork in a timely manner and promptly responded to our numerousquestions.
