I cannot recommend Emily enough - she is an absolutely fantastic realtor and human being! I am a first time buyer, and as much as I like to think I know things, buying a house is something that I know nothing about and Emily was more than willing to answer all of my questions (and I asked A LOT of questions) any time of day. She was always punctual going to house showings, was more than accommodating with meeting up in regards to schedules, and is truly a friend throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel like she was pushing me towards one property or another, but she helped me frame out what I was looking for and helped me picture myself in the house. Emily is very knowledgeable about the housing market. She had an answer for every question that we had during our entire house search which lasted for 10 months! She did her research and was always able to discuss house pricing with respect to near-by comparable homes. She thought of situations that we might not have considered and brought them to our attention. We very much appreciated her availability as well, she always either answered the phone when we had a question or very quickly returned our call. Good communication is important to us and she really shines in that department. Emily was able to help us through the closing process as well and made us feel at ease during our entire home buying process. Any negotiations were handled quickly and professionally, and she represented our interests with our full confidence.
