About Emily Dickerson
My name is Em and my mission is to create confident and informed buyers and sellers using my systems services and technology. I want you to have an experience that brings you delight and bliss. I do this by proactively communicating with you so that there are no surprises. Together, we will use tools like my collaboration system to be in constant communication about homes you love or may love. Checklists Will ensure you that we are not missing any steps and be able to look ahead to be confident in the next steps. Along the way, we will have the support of our listings, and admin team along with my broker Logan. Hobbies/Interest
Family is my greatest joy, spending time with my kids and my husband. As a family we like to camp, travel and watch our oldest play Lacrosse. I love yoga, crossfit and nature.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I love looking at homes and comparing different types of investment properties. My husband and I are working on expanding our portfolio and through that, I found a passion for talking about real estate and wanted to dive in deeper. Now I get to be blessed with the joy of helping people buy and sell their homes and be confident and excited while they do so.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
At Modern Realty we are constantly training, planning, and finding ways to be creative when it comes to marketing your home. The training I have received from Modern Realty has been amazing and really allows me to perform at a higher level to service my clients and customers. I have an amazing team of support behind me and tools and resources that allows for a smooth transaction.
