I've been working with Emily for over the last year on buying my first property. From the first moment we met, I could immediately tell that Emily had a wealth of knowledge and would be the best agent to be working with. Emily always has my best interest in mind, and would make sure to ask me the right questions to ensure that we were purchasing the right home. I loved that Emily was SO knowledgeable about the Cerritos area, and whenever we went to open houses together, I knew that Emily would be able to point out things that my untrained eye would miss. She has the eye to see past the facade of a nicely staged open house, and the experience to re-imagine what a space could look like in the future. When it came time to put in an offer on a house that we loved (and had the Emily stamp of approval), she went to BAT for us during the offer negotiation stage. It was an extremely competitive process and I truly do not believe that we would've been able to purchase our dream home without the help of Emily. With Emily, you'll have a friend, advisor, and realtor for life. I look forward to referring Emily to all of my friends, and really to anybody who is looking to purchase a home.
