Emily sold the house in a week at full asking price. She was very attentive to our needs and at the closing, when my mother-in-law had a small panic attack, she was able to redirect the situation and got right back on track. Living in a different state, I was worried about not knowing how the process was going, but Emily provided an update daily. I cannot be more thankful to have Emily and her team handle our house selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIEDEmily did not do her due diligence in searching for comps in the area leaving me to overpay. Her negotiation skills were sub par to non existent; at least on my transaction, which turned out to be a huge loss for me. I felt she didnt represent me as her client. She left me to do the research on the area causing me to overpay and be out in a financial hardship. She did do the comps when I decided to relist 6 weeks later . Additionally she handled the inspection in my absence and omitted to disclose a lot of information which would have steered me away. I'm not sure what her area of expertise is, but if you use her, know to do your own research because she just wants a quick sale. I was stuck with massive bills to get the house fixed up correctly and ready for resale- obviously not with her.
