Particularly helpful since I reside in another state and needed regular correspondence and help sorting out a number of issues regarding the house. This included some work on the house and landscaping and repairs to the house. He coordinated with neighbors for lawn work and outside vendors for repair. He contacted family that live in the area to obtain keys and other things needed to enter the house, discard or relocate some items that were left in the house. This level of effort was well beyond what I would expect and was done in a proffession and friendly manner.
