First of all, I came across a website called Upnest. This website is amazing. I signed up, received a call immediately, and was told to look out for email proposals of realtors in the area that would be interested on listing our property. I read approximately 7 proposals before deciding on Elle and Ryan to be our realtor. My decision was based on, time, value, and there sincerity.
