We listed our home with Elizabeth in 2022. She might be an amazing buyer agent but as sellers (who moved out of the area) we had a hard time getting feedback and information from her throughout the process. We used her recommended cleaner for a post move deep clean and she approved the work/cleaning (so she said) and showed and sold the house not the cleanliness we expected as a professional and when we brought it to her attention nothing was done. We often felt she was with holding information and or not passing along information throughout the process. Towards the end of closing we just didn't trust anything she told us. She promised he would mow the yard before the closing (8 weeks empty) and it was delayed and only half done at the time of the sale (she definitely was not expecting one of us to go up and check everything out the day before the scheduled closing). Dealing with 2 realtors at the same time it was just a night and day difference in the level of service and communication between the two. Elizabeth did not call us or offer much communication as the deal got iffy towards the end and let the whole thing fall out of contract at the closing. Post selling she just texted let us it was funded but has not communicated further since. After a few days post sale we finally had to reached out to the buyers agent to get the utilities and internet equipment switched over due to her lack of response. Hindsight being 20/20 we definitely feel we lost out of $$$$ because of her representation, communication, and handling of the sell.

Elizabeth is THE BEST. Hands down, no contest, absolute best. You want to work with her. She always had the answer or gets it faster than you could ever get it yourself. She knows somebody for everything, and in the home buying process you should be ready to need somebody for something. She is honest and friendly and became part of the family. We went from talking for the first time to meeting and putting an offer on our first home in three days. We closed on it and I can't thank her enough. We'd heard horror stories and had our own bad experiences with trying to buy a home and she made it nearly painless. We used the lender she recommended and were blown away by him, too. Really stellar. Full of integrity. 10/10
