Beth went above and beyond as a broker in every way (We purchased a home in Weston). She genuinely cared about me and negotiated repair credits that was far above my expectations. Prior to moving to the area, she was kind enough to pick up an item I purchased on Craigslist and stored it in her garage until I moved.Not only that, when she went to pick up the night stand, she negotiated the price down further.Even though we closed a few months ago, we are still in touch with Beth. She is still providing me with advise for transitioning to suburban living.

Beth Saunders did an amazing outstanding job. She not only got the initial price of the house down, but she also was able to negotiate everything that we wanted and asked for. She did not rest or stop working until it was perfect. This was my wife and I first time buying a house and we wouldn't want to do it with anyone else. When we both lost hope or started to give in to the sellers conditions beth was in our corner telling us to be patient and hold strong, and in the end we got everything. It was the best experience we had and will only use beth for the rest of our homes.
