ZillowVERIFIEDI need to acknowledge my realtor Elizabeth Rolfe. I retained her services by word of mouth as well as her online success's. Because interest rates were starting to climb, Liz and I decided my best chance to obtain a property using my VA entitlement, and a loan assumption. I found a property and we had heard the process would be a 90-day process. To get the sellers to "choose," me, Liz negotiated a 3 month rental lease after which I would take over payments of existing loan of sellers. It may sound easy, but it was not. Through thick and thin, and a sellers realtor that was morally corrupt, unavailable and down right dishonest, Liz stuck it out, and I am a homeowner again. Liz kept me informed, made the calls and stood up for my best interests even when the sellers realtor was playing games.
