Beth is an exceptionally hard working realtor. My situation was unusual, I was looking for a coastal vacation home in Maine, but not really tied to any specific town. This required Beth to do significant travel to show the houses. Once we did settle on the house, she worked tireless during the negotiations, setting up inspections and advising on the contractors. Elizabeth made buying a house a simple task! She took all the stressors out from the bank to their appraisal process. I am a first time home buyer and I dont know how I wouldve done this without her. Just a text or email away and she answered any of my questions and helped explain all the banks jargon so I would understand it. She had great suggestions and helped lower the price, and was there during the inspections. She was able to get seller to do some work before we moved in, added bonus! I want to personally thank Elizabeth for her hard work and helping me buy my first house. If I end up moving again I will be using Elizabeth again! Thanks again!

I started my new house search on very short notice this past summer. I contacted an online lending firm, the real estate broker they recommended was a disaster. There was no sense of urgency, or any real desire even to get started in a timely fashion, even though they knew there was a time crunch. In stepped Beth. From my first contact, and literally first afternoon I met Beth, she was showing me a house, which by the way, I had not seen one as of yet. Beth was supportive, honest, and extremely helpful at all hours of the day/night/weekends (literally would answer my queries within minutes on occasion - and I had a lot as this was my first home). We quickly settled on a house thanks to her, and then financing became an issue with my original lender. She recommended someone local, and in less than a month, what had taken over 2 months and counting became realized. I became a home owner! Beth is the kind of agent, but better yet, person you could ever want when you need to find a new home. I cannot think of anyone I would recommend more, and this includes any field of service.
