Selling houses, especially at the upper end of the upper-middle income real estate market, is tough in a frozen market. Where its neither a seller nor buyers' market. Elizabeth went above and beyond by making sure I got my asking price within 3 months of listing the property. I had only lived in the late-model newer style house, for a couple of years, so I had not built up much in the way of equity, so had very little wiggle room.
